Description
As a woman, my personal experience of freedom is something that I hold dear to my heart, and it’s what I want to communicate through my latest artwork.
I’ve tried to capture the essence of freedom in all its different forms—from the exhilarating feeling of the wind blowing through my hair
to the sense of liberation that comes from living in a society where I am free to make my own choices.
However, I also wanted to touch upon the harsh reality that many women across the world face,
where their lives and choices are restricted by oppressive cultural norms and laws.
Sadly, in some countries, this kind of liberty is restricted or even denied outright.
That’s why, in my artwork, the wind in my hair takes on a deeper significance—representing the countless women
who are denied basic freedoms, including the right to move and express themselves freely.
